As part of the CCUH project, consultants from the UCL Climate Action Unit have been appointed to aid understanding of how effective the project has been in addressing the issues around joint-working and data-sharing, the efficiency of project delivery, and to what extent the combined activities and outputs have made a contribution towards a change in behaviour.
