The University of Portsmouth campus sits within Portsmouth city centre and is easily accessed by public transport. Portsmouth has a range of accommodation to suit all budgets.

Rail

The closest train stations to the conference venue (Richmond Building, Portland Street, PO1 3DE) are:

Road (Bus / Coach)

Portsmouth City Centre is served by the M275 / M27.

National Express, Stagecoach and FirstBus operate coach and bus services to, and around, Portsmouth. The main bus / coach terminus in Portsmouth is The Hard Interchange at Portsmouth Harbour (approx 10 walk to the Conference Venue).

Parking

As with many city-based universities, parking is limited in and around the University of Portsmouth Campus, and delegates are encouraged to use public transport to travel to/from the Conference.

Air

The closest airport to Portsmouth is Southampton Airport (approx 22 miles away). The airport has domestic routes to several other UK cities including Glasgow, Newcastle and Belfast.
