This toolkit provides a range of practical approaches and examples for undertaking audience development and stakeholder mapping. Primarily aimed at those who work at UNESCO designated sites in the UK, the toolkit will also be of interest to stakeholders in natural, cultural and built heritage sites across the UK and internationally, and other initiatives looking at partnership and place-based approaches.
